Our values as a company
Innoloft encourages employees to organise their working week autonomously. Employees can divide their work across all 7 days of the week and freely organize their schedule. Innoloft also allows full remote working. The priority is to do the job well and we believe that how to get to that outcome is up to the individual.
We believe there is strength in diversity. We find that having variety in perspectives, backgrounds and cultures is a valuable asset. Even though we are based in Germany, our work language is English to be inclusive and not set artificial barriers between talent and our company.
